months... I lost 50 pounds... got to 9% body fat
While
I was completing my MBA I gained a lot of weight due to stress and lack
of time to eat properly and exercise. I packed on over 50 pounds of
weight and tipped the scales at 210 pounds and 16% body fat. I started
feeling more and more tired and I found it difficult to concentrate in
class. I tried in vain to loss the weight by myself but my efforts went
unrewarded as I just did not know how to effectively and efficiently
loss the weight and keep it off.
During
my summer break between the first and second year of my MBA I was
fortunate enough to meet Jeff who was a personal trainer at the gym I
had joined while I was working downtown. Before we did any exercises in
the gym he sat down with me and carefully asked me what my fitness
goals were and how I would like to see myself by the time I graduated
from my MBA. He even took detailed body fat measurements before we
started so that we could track my progress as I went along.
The
first few sessions with Jeff were intense and they showed me just how
out of shape I was! Yes I was sore and tired after those workouts, but
I almost immediately started to have more energy during the day and I
looked forward to training with Jeff as often as I could. With his
years of experience as a personal, Jeff was able to show me some of the
most innovative and effective exercises I had ever seen. Jeff's
creativity and enthusiasm made working out fun again. In the short span
of three months training with Jeff, I lost 50 pounds and got to 9% body
fat. I felt great and I looked even better.
Just
like anything in life, the hardest part was the first step. Once I took
the plunge and put myself in Jeff's capable hands I saw results like I
had never had before. The results speak for themselves and I cannot
give any higher praise to Jeff and his winning techniques.
