The Transformation program is designed to look at all areas of your lifestyle. In
order to see promising results it's important to realize that getting
the body you desire requires more then just working out. It's
about making positive changes in your lifestyle.
This means, getting
enough water, eating the right foods, appropriate rest, and minimize
stress levels. If you are able to make positive changes
especially to those areas you will be thrilled about the results!

This program is
designed for anyone who is ready to make changes in their
lifestyle. Having the right mind set is important for
fitness as this is for you. When you invest into yourself, you
reap the rewards!
If I'm not
interested in packing a bunch of muscle on is this for me?
Absolutely. This
program is meant to benefit anyone, no matter what their goals
are. It doesn't matter if you want to put on muscle, lose body
fat , or simply make your day to day living more enjoyable. There
are tons of tips and exercise routine examples you can do to keep your
body challenged, and keep things interesting. I show you how to
do a workout anywhere, in a fully stocked gym, your home, or just your
body weight.
I want to
get a ripped six pack, will this program help me?
You bet! Certainly
genetics play a role in achieving a six pack look however a 1/3 of the
book is on the importance of eating. Choosing the right foods,
and eating the proper amount of calories for your body is
essential. To get a six pack, it's not about doing hundreds of
crunches since we can't spot reduce. It's about proper strength
training, efficient cardio which you will learn about, and proper
eating which is 80% of your success.
Will I need
to join a gym or can I do this at home?
You don't need to join
a gym to do this program. I have 9 example routines total
for home workouts. They are separated into beginner, intermediate
and advanced. We can strictly do just body weight exercises, but
with some suggested equipment purchases, you will have more variety and
challenge to your workouts!
Do I need
to purchase a bunch of supplements?
Absolutely not.
There are certain supplements that could benefit people such as fish
oil pills, natural multivitamins, whey protein etc. After
speaking with a naturopath doctor about your goals and activity levels,
they could give more specific guidelines to what you could benefit
from.
What kind
of time commitment do I have to put in?
I teach you how to
make the most out of your time. I understand we are all busy with
people with different daily demands.
My workout circuits
specialize on 30 minutes or less. This means, I can show you
how to do a great workout in 10-15 minutes. When you have more
time, you can definitely get extra exercises and volume in.
Having said that, this program isn't about invested hours and hours
each day to get the body you desire. I will show you how to be
efficient with your workouts, and make proper lifestyle choices to
assist you in the journey to achieving your ultimate goals.
Does this
program teach me what to eat, and what food choices to make?
Nutrition is about
80-90% of your success. The fitness programs compliment what
lifestyle choices you make. I have tons of information on how to
eat healthy and properly. I have several food charts, examples on
foods to eat and how it effects you. There are also links to
a Naturopathic Doctor colleague of mine in which you can contact for
further and more detailed prescriptions for you as an
individual.
